The complaint was filed in defense of the residents of Berezovka village (Burlinsky Raion, Western Kazakhstan Oblast). Their rights are being violated by the company \u201cLukoil Overseas Karachaganak B.V.\u201d, which received a loan from the IFC for the development of the Karachaganak Oil and Gas Condensate Field.
