The support structures for the 100 kV power line have been installed right up against the gas line. Insulation material from the gas line has already flaked off.
Even though the planning of the line in question violates all construction rules and regulations, the state’s highest law—the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan—and civil legislation.
